Q:SERIOUSLY. Tobias Funke/David Cross is a voice in Halo 2. Look up "Halo 2 voices" and go to the IMBD link. It's so beautiful. He's just some random marine but he was like, "I don't want to go on Sergeant" or something and my roommate and I were like, "why does that voice sound so familiar?" hahaha.
